To keep everything running smoothly, please take a moment to read through my salon policies.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS AND CONSULTATION FORMS
- You’ll receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
- A consultation form will be attached — please complete this before your appointment.

BOOKING AND DEPOSITS
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Your deposit is deducted from your total service cost on the day.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
- A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is highly preferred for any changes to your appointment.
- Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time, no matter when you reschedule.
- If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

NO-SHOWS
- Missed appointments without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Future bookings will require full prepayment to secure your spot.

PAYMENT
- Payment in full is due at the end of your service.
- I accept major debit/credit cards and cash at the exact amount.
- There is no spare cash for change available.

APPOINTMENT CONDUCT
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may have their service shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

REFUNDS
- Once your service is completed, all payments are final.
- If there is ever an issue with your service, please contact me within 48 hours and I will do my best to make it right.
